Peter Kinsella, Managing Director

Peter Kinsella is the MD of Offshoot Events. He has over 15 years experience in the UK and abroad of Event Management, working with small and large organisations, local, national and international governments. Peter is also the MD of Paradigm, one of the UK's most successful Management Consultancy companies and can assist you with programme design, team building, company retreats, sourcing inspirational speakers and incentive based events.

Arie Dekker, General Manager

Arie is the General Manager of Offshoot. He has a wide range of experience in fast paced customer focused industries including restaurants, concerts and general events. Arie got his BA degree from Loughborough University and from an early age, built up events experience in the Students Union.
With a passion for getting events just right for the customer, Arie oversees all of the work of the Offshoot team. Email: aried@offshootevents.com

John Cunningham, Events Coordinator

John will act as your account manager, and be a primary point of contact and coordination for your event. John graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a BA degree in drama. John joined Offshoot from McCurrach, were he was a member of their highly successful sales development team. He was a dynamic influence across diverse areas, including sales, marketing and planning. Prior to this John managed numerous resturants across the North West of England and managed an events team in one of Liverpool's premier hotels. Tony Shingler, Finance Manager

Tony is the financial controller of Offshoot having joined the company in 2006 from a wide and varied accounting background. He oversees all aspects of Offshoot’s finances and plays a big part in developing all of our event budgets.

Pat Tracey, Event Assistant

Pat is one of our Events Assistants. Pat supports Arie and John in their roles and provides a great on the day support for all of our events. Pat will often be the person you see on the registration desk of events.

Rachel Pattison, Event Assistant

Rachel is one of our Event Assistants. She supports Arie and John and assists with delegate registration, reception duties and pack collation. Rachel has a learning difficulty and prior to working for Offshoot attended college and a training centre.
