We have an idea for a conference, but we do not know how to market it, can you help with finding delegates?
Yes. Many of our clients come to us with an idea for a conference without knowing who will attend, or if the conference will be popular. We have plenty of experience and expertise in this side of the event industry (making us unique) and are in a good position to help you find delegates using different marketing tools, we will set up an event website and also advise on how to make the conference a success – ultimately, helping you to improve your bottom line.

We want to put on an event, but can’t find a suitable venue. Can you help?
Yes. At Offshoot Events, we make a point of visiting every venue before we use them (this makes us unique). Therefore, with over 30 years combined experience we have visited a lot of venues. We know plenty to recommend and quite a few to avoid! The right venue could be just around the corner and we will help you find it. In particular, we are a great resource on venues offering excellent disability access.

We have never organised anything like this before and we don’t want to be taken for a ride.
We will walk you through every step of the way; tailor making the conference to suit your every need. Unlike most event management companies, Offshoot Events will not charge you any commission for outside services. The price quoted by us is the price you pay (no hidden extras) - we are a decent organisation with a passion for events and we will ensure that yours is the best it can be.

We only have limited funds and manpower available for this conference, could you just do delegate registration for us?
Of course! We can help you as little or as much as you would like; venue search, delegate booking, speaker’s arrangements – all these can be offered as individual services to suit your requirements. We understand that different people have different budgets, so we will do all we can to tailor make our services to directly suit your needs.

We need help with the actual design and facilitation of our event, can you help?
We certainly can. Together with our sister company, Paradigm Consultancy, we can make sure your event has the right balance between information giving, problem solving, ideas exchange, consultation and whatever else you need.
